　　北京垡头铸造有限公司位于北京市通州区，南邻京沪高速，北邻京沈高速，距首都国际机场仅40分钟的车程，驱车到天津港码头也仅需90分钟，这里交通便利四通八达。

　　公司始建于一九八一年，占地5000余平方米，现有职工300多名，其中中高级工程技术人员33名，并与航天部、首钢研究院、北京机床研究所等多家科研机构建立友好合作关系，我公司依据ISO9000质量保证模式要求建立了完善的质量管理和质量保证体系，生产管理实行计算机化。

　　公司拥有装备精良模具机工车间、蜡型车间、挂砂脱蜡车间、砂型车间、熔炼浇注车间、热处理车间以及理化试验室，可生产球铁、碳钢、合金钢和不锈钢等多种牌号的精铸和砂铸铸件，年产量精铸件可达2500吨、砂铸件可达1500吨，公司业务主要是委托加工，由于拥有雄厚的科研力量，只要客户提供图纸，我们就能制造出完全符合您要求的产品，我公司产品现主要提供给汽车及配件、市政工程、机械制造等多行业厂家。

Beijing Fatou Foundry Ltd, Co. locates at Tongzhou District, Beijing, adjacent with Beijing-Shanghai Highway in the south and Beijing-Shenyang highway in the north. It only takes 40 minutes from the factory to Beijing International Airport and 90 minutes to Tianjin port. The communications are quite convenient since here is a cross-joint.

First established in 1981, the company covers an area of 5000 m2, with 300 employees, of which, 33 are senior engineers. We have close communications with many institutes such as National Spaceflight Ministry DI, Capital Steel DI, Beijing Machine tool DI etc. According to ISO9000, we have built up a complete series of systems for quality management and quality guarantee. And the production management is well organized with modern computer technique.

The factory has a model-making workshop, wax mould workshop, de-wax workshop, sand cast workshop, melting and pouring workshop, heat treatment workshop and physical-chemical laboratory. We can produce nodular cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel parts, with production capacity for 2500 tons precision-casting parts and 1500 tons sand casting parts. Our main business is consigned processing deal. We can fully meet customer requirement with the offered technical drawings owe to our solid strength on R&D and production. Now we mainly engage in the following industries: autos spare parts, municipal engineering, machinery etc.

Our General Manager, Mr. Jishuhai pays much attention to product quality with sophisticated management skills. Beijing Industry and Commercial Administrative Bureau award our company because we are really responsible for our customers and follow the contract quite well.
